Real Microns

Distribute to everyone you know.

A set of real Micron analogues, that behave as actual tech pens behave on a semi-toothy paper. This includes pressure sensitivity that actually bottoms out quickly, speed affected texture in Clip/Procreate, and custom pressure curves in Clip to make a pen as authentic as I can. All presets are sized for 600ppi, may need personaltweaking to look right at 300ppi.

Instructions:

Photoshop: Double click on the ABR file to install the brush presets. Default sizes are set for accuracy at 600ppi.

Clip Studio: In the sub tool menu, import each SUT as a sub tool, then drag to your prefered subtool menu. Default sizes are set for accuracy at 600ppi.

Procreate: Download the BRUSHSET to your ipad, then import via the Procreate menu. Default sizes are weird in procreate, set a brush snap preset for each brush at what you feel is accurate. If needed, use the Halftone Hospital Digital Sizing Reference as a resource, it can provide a pretty accurate scale.
